How long does shipping take & where do orders ship from?

Orders are fullfilled (Mon-Fri) from our warehouse in Miami, FL, USA 🇺🇸. Most US orders deliver within 1-4 business days after placing your order. (subject to delays)

I received a wrong/damaged item. What should I do?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please provide us with your order number, a photograph of the product issue, and the packaging it arrived in. We will solve the issue as quickly at possible.
